Blackwatch #66
(SOLD)email from Dick Watson:
Hi Brent
We sold the Blackwatch to a man from Denver, Colorado. He picked it up today. Thanks for all your help with the education about the boat, Dave Autry and the procedure for selling the boat.
Thanks again

To All You Blackwatch Folks...
My partner Alex and I will be traveling to Lake Bullard Texas the first week of August to pick up hull #66 from Scott Watson. We are moving from a Montgomery 17 to the Blackwatch as we simply spend too much time on the M boat and need the additional room. We had considered other boats ...Cape Dory22D, Nimble 20, Flicka20 and Compac 23. All these boats were really bigger than we needed and were a bunch to tow. Then I ran across the ad on Sailing Texas for #66 and was immediately swept off my feet by her looks. Then I discovered her room below and it was all over. She is the boat that Alex and I lamented that Jerry Montgomery never built. So.....Brent can share our email and we would love to hear from all of you. Are there any more BW's in Colorado. We live in Centennial a suburb of Denver. Keep us in the loop on any get togethers of these boats. We will be documenting our purchase and such with the boat and any reconditioning/upgrades (they never end do they!!) and would be happy to provide pics for the site.
Best Regards
Mark and Alex
