For Those Who Know

For those who know our God is real,
For those who keep Him in our thoughts, in how we feel,
For those who know His healing love,
For those who know that He is everything above
All human toil, all human pain
All human plans, above all human kingly reign,
We are the ones who give You praise
For those who know You, I pray.

For the world will not know who You are
As the world is sliding toward the day,
When the world and everything You've made
Will be changed.

And the world will not know who we are,
We will speak a strangeness to their face,
When we speak of Christ who died for me,
By Your grace.

For those who know our God above,
For those who know His Holy Spirit by His love,
For those who know His saving grace,
His grace to heal us, to forgive us, grace to save.
We are the ones who give You praise
For those who know You, I pray.

Pray that you will be built in His love,
Growing in the knowledge of His grace,
Pray that you will one day stand to see Him
Face to face.

Pray that the Great Shepherd of the sheep
Will strengthen you to carry out His will,
Working in you that which is well-pleasing
In his sight.
