Recording work - “There Lies the Cross”

A Roman soldier sits on a rock or low bench near a place called Golgotha…

Tuesday night - I made a pretty decent Garage Band recording of “There Lies the Cross” - the only thing I’m unhappy with is that the first verse sounded OK when I recorded the keyboards, but seems to rush the vocals a bit (There’s no way I can play this song with a drum track or metronome and put the feeling I want into it).  But the way I normally play the song (V1-V2-Ch-V1-V2-Ch-Ch-ending), even a bit rushed, the mp3 comes out a full 8 minutes and 9.2 mB, too big and too long for ReverbNation or Bandizmo.  So I’ll probably record a shorter version (V1-Ch-V2-Ch-Ch-end or V1-V2-Ch-Ch-end), try to hit the tempo better, and post that.
