New Song! - Dancin’ to My Music
I like her to enjoy my music, just not in the way I see her dancing close to you.
So, I got this story in my head where my (imaginary) girlfriend is dancing to the music of an (imaginary) gig I’m playing, getting too close to one (imaginary) fella while I’m busy up on the (imaginary) stage, and it’s about to cause some (imaginary) trouble. One more good reason not to hang out in bars, which I don’t do (much) anyway, so I’m not really sure where these barroom songs (this one, Hey Bartender, Designated Driver) keep coming from. I must be infected by country radio.
